January 4 - February 28 — Recruitment Fair Table RSVPs Accepted from Higher Ed Institutions
January 11 - January 15 — Scholar Packets Emailed
January 27 — Scholar Participation Confirmation/Parental Agreement Due
January 27 — Scholar Travel Confirmation Due
February 10 — Scholar Headshots Due
February 10 — Scholar Pre-Event Information Due
February 17 — Scholarship Application Due
April 14 — Additional Guest Tickets Purchased
April 29 - April 30 — Sunshine State Scholars 2027
May 1 - May 28 — Scholar Post-event Survey Open
