December 1 - February 28 — Recruitment Fair Table RSVPs Accepted from Higher Ed Institutions
December 14 — Deadline for Districts Submit Scholar Information
January 11 - January 15 — Scholar Packets Emailed
January 28 — Scholar Participation Confirmation/Parental Agreement Due
January 28 — Scholar Travel Confirmation Due
February 8 — Scholar Headshots Due
February 8 — Scholar Pre-Event Information Due
February 15 — Scholarship Application Due
April 29 - April 30 — Sunshine State Scholars 2025
May 1 - May 28 — Scholar Post-event Survey Open
